weekly meal prep

OUR RATES


RATES START AT $300/COOKING SESSION.

Our cooking sessions are customized for each individual client,

Services includes: assessment, recipe research, meal planning, grocery list, preparation of meals, packaging and labeling, kitchen clean up, providing a printed menu, transportation and the cost of basic pantry items such as dried herbs, spices, sugar and flour.


Cost of groceries is not included.


A standard service begins at $300 plus tax and  the cost of groceries. The service can be adjusted to meet your needs by increasing or decreasing the numbers of meals and portions accordingly.


A FLAT RATE WILL BE SELECTED DEPENDING ON:


- The amount of food requested by the client

- Number of servings needed per household

- Complexity of the menu or dietary requirements

- Amount of time it takes the chef to prepare


Dishes should last you half a week, or about 3-4 days. Our dishes are designed to be mixed and matched and eaten throughout the week, so portions are relative to how each household is using each dish.   We offer three portion sizes: small (feeds 1-2 people), medium (feeds 3-4 people), and large (feeds 5-6 people). For example, a small portion would feed 1-2 people over 3-4 days. Clients choose a portion size based on household size. You can also portion per dish based on your family’s desire for more or less of a certain dish.

OUR PROTOCOLS


On the day of your booking, we kindly ask that you:

  • Sanitize your kitchen prior to the chef’s arrival. this includes handles and knobs frequently touched, such as the refrigerator, sink & cabinets.
  • Set out ingredients, tools, and equipment (mixing bowls, cutting boards, pots, pans, sheet pans and pantry items) to provide the chef with easy access to what they need. 
  • stay in a room separate from the kitchen. this will enable the chef to prepare your menu safely without interruption.
  • Maintain social distancing.
  • keep cleaning supplies in stock and readily available (disinfecting spray, hand soap, dish soap, sponges & paper towels).
  • Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your home or your chef.

  • Distributing personal protective equipment , masks and gloves, to our chefs.
